Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India from our facility in [City], and we partner with trusted logistics providers to make sure your dryfruits arrive fresh, sealed, and on time.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. To check if we ship to your location, enter your PIN code at checkout.

Delivery timelines

  • Metros & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier-3 cities and remote areas: 4–7 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays / public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Shipping charges

  • Prepaid orders above ₹1,299: Free shipping
  • Prepaid orders below ₹1,299: ₹49 flat
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 flat + ₹40 COD handling fee for orders below ₹499

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from My Account → Orders.

Packaging

Every Nutvio order is sealed nitrogen-flushed within 72 hours of harvest, then wrapped in tamper-evident outer packaging. If your package arrives damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can replace it.

Failed delivery attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we'll reach out to confirm a re-attempt or refund. For COD orders, the order is automatically cancelled.

Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every Nutvio product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — usually within 7 days.

7-Day Easy Return

You can return any unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original sealed packaging.

What we accept returns for

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or tampered packaging on arrival
  • Manufacturing defects, quality concerns, or off-taste
  • Order not received within the promised timeline

What we don't accept returns for

  • Opened or partially consumed packs (food safety)
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window
  • Custom gift hampers with personalised cards / labels

How to request a return

  • Email hello@nutvio.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and 2–3 photos of the product
  • Our team responds within 24 hours with a resolution
  • If approved, our courier picks up the product within 3–5 working days
  • Refund is initiated once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection

Refund timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method. UPI and bank transfers usually reflect within 24 hours; credit/debit cards may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it's dispatched by going to My Account → Orders → Cancel. Once dispatched, the order can't be cancelled — but you can refuse delivery, and we'll refund the full amount after the parcel returns to us.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is non-negotiable for us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, phone number, email, delivery addresses
  • Order details: items you bought, payment method used, order history

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party — ever. We share data only with the trusted partners we need to run the business: payment gateways, courier partners, SMS / email providers, and analytics tools (Google Analytics). Each of these handles your data under strict contractual confidentiality.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (to keep you logged in, remember your cart) and analytics cookies (to understand how the site is used). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work, just slightly less personalised.

Your rights

  • Access a copy of all the data we hold on you
  • Correct any wrong information in your profile
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time
  • Withdraw consent for any data processing

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@nutvio.com with your registered phone number. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase it within 90 days — except for what we're legally required to retain (such as invoices, kept for 7 years per Indian tax law).

Children

Nutvio is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find we've accidentally collected such data, we delete it promptly.

Terms of Service

By using nutvio.com, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — they cover what you can do here, what we promise, and what's off limits.

Using our site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method you choose.

Account responsibility

  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
  • You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

Products, pricing and availability

We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. Occasionally we make mistakes. If a price or availability error is discovered after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to either confirm the corrected order or refund you in full — no questions asked.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — logos, photographs, copy, product names, packaging design, recipes — is owned by Nutvio (or licensed to us). You may share our content on social media, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Reviews and user content

When you post a review or photo on Nutvio, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on our site and marketing. You're responsible for what you post; please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove reviews that are abusive, contain spam, or are clearly fake.

Limitation of liability

Nutvio is liable to you only for the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability we can't legally exclude under Indian law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts at [City], India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use the site after the change means you accept the new terms.
